CHILDREN & TEENS
Therapy for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and social challenges. Therapy usually includes individual components (therapist with child/teen) and family components (therapist with child/teen and parents/caregivers), based on the age of your child and the focus of treatment.
PARENTS
Therapy and parenting support. Topics may include addressing challenges associated with parenting young children, learning additional ways to support your child with their mental health needs, coping with caring for a child with chronic illness or developmental challenges, managing stress associated with balancing work and family life, and adjusting to life transitions.
PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM
Therapy for those who are pregnant, want to be pregnant, or are recovering after pregnancy. Focus areas include infertility, pregnancy or child loss, traumatic birth, processing NICU experiences, and perinatal (pregnancy or postpartum) depression and anxiety. All versions of family are welcome and respected at Bloom Psychology.
